The Proposal

A little over a year ago, Jonathon surprised Tara with a proposal in none other than HAWAII! He got down on one knee and everything! They were on a family trip and Tara’s entire family was there to celebrate and congratulate the happy couple.

Tara and Jonathon absolutely love their two adorable pups, Marley and Kona! I had the pleasure of meeting them at our family session back in February and I can absolutely see why. The blue healer and chocolate lab had so much energy and were a ton fun… not to mention, sweet as can be!

 

Engagement Session

Tara loves all kinds of flowers, so Mercer Botanic Gardens seemed like the perfect place to go for their engagement session. And despite rain and flooding all week, the sun came out just for them! I know Tara didn’t mind as she’d previously gushed all about her love for sunny days lounging on the beach… I sure wish I could get a tan like that!  It was a warm and beautifully golden evening surrounded by fresh flowers and winding walkways throughout the arboretum… talk about romantic ambience! <3
