The Wells Family

Tatiana and her adorable family of four are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! This is the second year I’ve had the pleasure to take their pictures and it’s been such a joy watching their family grow.

Originally from Russia, Tatiana moved to the U.S. to marry the love of her life, John, and start their family together. She went to school with my husband at Lamar University, which is where we initially met! Tatiana earned a chemical engineering degree and went on to excel at her job with Georgia-Pacific. Their daughter Ana is smart as can be and always a blast to photograph and chat with… she has an exceptional eye for photography and certainly knows how to work the camera!  John and Tatiana welcomed their second child, William, a year and a half ago and he is quite the entertainer! Throughout our session, William ran alllll around, pointing at different plants and enjoying the beautiful afternoon at Mercer Botanic Gardens. He took a special interest to my stool and I couldn’t help but let him climb around on it for a few photos!

Another year photographing this amazing family and I can’t wait for the next! <3
