Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Festivus or whatever you and your loved ones happen to celebrate! This year, my husband and I had a holiday session with one of my good friends, Ana Leslie! She set up the CUTEST minis with a Model T Ford and we took the chance to hop back in time with the cool classic car and a mini date day.

I slipped into a vintage style pleated skirt and jumped at the opportunity to practice the skills I learned from my fave makeup lady, Delia at Beloved Makeup and Hair. Last month, I scheduled a one-on-one lesson where she took me step by step through a daily routine with my own makeup, recommended colors based on my skin tone, and showed me how to glam it up for a night out! I seriously can’t recommend her enough — if you’re interested in learning more about makeup application, please give her a call!

Day Date: Amelia Farm & Market

After our session, we took advantage of being all dressed up and went out to Amelia Farm & Market to grab a late lunch! If you’ve never been, it’s a local restaurant serving farm raised meat and encouraging sustainable practices. Living in Beaumont, it’s such a rare and nice alternative! Even though we live super close, we only go for special occasions — but I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
