The Fritz Family

Michael and Lindsey welcomed their sweet daughter Lily just over a year ago and I couldn’t wait to finally meet her! I had the pleasure of taking Lindsey’s maternity photos last summer (check out that session here!) and was thrilled when they contacted me about a fall session.

The beautiful family was all smiles as they strolled into Mercer Botanic Gardens bright and early Tuesday morning. Lily ambled along the walkway happily pointing at all the colorful flowers as she oohed and aahed at the statues and fountains—it was the perfect place for an inquisitive toddler! On this particular morning, it was as if we had the park all to ourselves… and I was not complaining!

Mother and daughter matched in the most adorable blue striped dresses that made my photographer heart ever so happy! And without a care in the world, we roamed the gardens and let Lily explore. It was one of those delightful mornings full of catching up and laughter that I absolutely adore!
